His clients include Apple, Beats by Dre, Microsoft, Logitech, FDA, American Red Cross, ChildFund International, FOX Networks, HBO, Showtime, Comedy Central, Microsoft, Cox Communications, Abbott Nutrition, Schreiber Foods, Procter & Gamble; as well as small and midsize start-ups; and boutique to global agencies.

Mason has spent his career creating and managing creative systems for brands, agencies, and artists at every level of the value-chain. He's successfully led creative teams through creative strategy, innovation and execution. With a vast network of trusted resources and a voracious curiosity, he lives for the search, values the unknown and revels in the creative experience. 

His clients include Procter and Gamble, Williams-Sonoma, Starbucks, Hanes, Shutterstock, Getty Images, Westin, Michael Kors, Koleston, and Jurlique; as well as individual photographers, directors and their agencies.

MICHAEL HSIUNG

ORGANIZATIONAL STRATEGIST & EXPERIMENT DESIGN | PhD CANDIDATE

 
 

From early-stage startups to tech and consumer services, Michael has a love for innovation, and the additive value entrepreneurs have on society. It's a passion he's translated into a career in research and consulting. Curious. Observant. Intuitive. He’s a pragmatic thinker that's imaginative and methodical. As a crucial member of our problem formulation and solution design team, he leverages convergent and divergent thinking process to help distill organizational behavior into relevant observations and tangible solutions. Often reimagining what’s possible across disciplines like business management, operations, supply chain, or strategy.

He successfully combined his socially conscientious business philosophy, love for economics, politics and social welfare, into a Doctoral Program at Washington University’s Olin Business School. Michael works with our agencies and start-ups to help innovate services, optimize operations and improve strategy.

SAM SHERMAN

ECONOMICS & STATISTICS

 

Sam naturally fits in with CNTRD. He's curious, ambitious, and flexible. Quickly adapting to changes in project requirements and demands, Sam shows maturity and wisdom beyond his years. He has a strong passion for economics and statistics which he loves applying to our startup and mid-market clients.

Sam pairs his analytical mindset with a focused, creative approach; adding value to our most messy research projects. Comfortable in the unknown, he uses data to guide his reasoning towards impactful, evidence-based solutions for clients.

As Sam looks toward his future, he envisions a Master of Business Administration in Finance.
